The Department of Emergency Medicine is looking for someone who can perform complex laboratory tasks in support of a research laboratory studying the vascular responses to trauma and sterile inflammation. Work with cell culture and animal models assist in design and conduct of experiments analyze data and prepare scientific reports.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with mouse anesthesia and surgery Experience with microdissection Experience with arteriography Experience with intravital or live cell video microscopy Experience working with cultured endothelial cells Experience with flow cytometry / cell sorting Experience with cell/molecular biology/ CRISPR approaches Self-motivation and ability to work independently highly desirable.
