This role oversees daily customer support for payroll purchasing accounts payable PCard and general finance functions ensuring efficient service through phone email and walk-in assistance while coordinating financial transactions and documentation across ASC units.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Position responsible for the ASC Finance Support Services team serving the NMSU community & business shared services center by providing day to day customer support for business operations functions (Payroll PCard AP Purchasing and general finance). Support includes direct customer service (phone calls emails and walk-ins) intake of finance transactions tax documents and initiation or fulfillment of university business transactions on behalf of Aggie Service Center units.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associates Degree 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors degree 2 years of relevant experience.
