Handle customer requests sample orders and general inquiries in a timely professional manner
Maintain and update customer records order details and system notes for accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
3 years of B2B customer service experience (distribution or manufacturing preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
