JOB TITLE: Director Facilities - UMMC - North Street Campus Operations Professional (Full-Time Days)

STATUS: Full-Time

LOCATION: UMMC North Street Campus - 127 North Street Batavia NY 14020

DEPARTMENT: Operations Professional

SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

SUMMARY

Administers and directs all plant engineering maintenance and facility-related support activities efficiently and reliably with regard to operation and maintenance of buildings grounds utilities and their distribution systems energy conservation and renovation and expansion projects. Coordinates facility upgrades renovations and maintenance in accordance with current federal state and local standards guidelines and regulations. Administers all services with full regard for a safe and comfortable environment. Departments consist of: Engineering Maintenance Grounds and Switchboard.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• 2 years in a management role
• Strong analytical computer and communication skills

PAY RANGE:

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience relevant qualifications specialty internal equity location and contracts.
