Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to own and grow a highimpact multimarket territory with Hospitality and YMCA customers representing the largest share of revenue and opportunity.

In this remote fieldbased role you will drive revenue through consultative relationshipdriven selling strengthening existing partnerships reenergizing underdeveloped accounts and positioning Life Fitness / Hammer Strength as the longterm partner of choice. Youll manage a broader portfolio that includes select commercial residential recreation and specialty fitness environments as natural extensions of territory ownership.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys territory ownership account recovery and longcycle deal leadership. The position is best suited for someone based in Northern or Central California with the flexibility and enthusiasm to travel to Hawaii at least once per quarter based on customer needs installations and key projects.

As a Territory Sales Representative at Life Fitness / Hammer Strength you will:

• Own and grow a multistate territory driving the majority of revenue through Hospitality and YMCA accounts
• Lead longcycle consultative sales processes with executives and multistakeholder buying groups
• Reengage dormant or underpenetrated accounts converting established relationships into active pipeline
• Apply consultative selling skills across adjacent markets (MUH Health Clubs Campus Corporate Medical Wellness Local Government Athletics) as part of a balanced portfolio
• Travel to Hawaii quarterly for extended stays to support customer needs and project execution
• Manage pipeline forecasting and territory priorities with strong CRM discipline

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Territory Sales Representative:

• 3 years of field sales or account management experience
• Reside in Northern or Central California
• Proven consultative selling and relationshipbuilding skills
• Experience managing large geographically dispersed territories
• Comfort navigating multistakeholder and long sales cycles
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively including quarterly Hawaii travel

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience selling into Hospitality YMCA or multisite fitness environments
• Exposure to fitness wellness or capital equipment solutions
• Experience in property management hospitality operations or selling to propertymanaged / real estatedriven environments
• Experience reengaging dormant underperforming or competitive accounts
• Experience working with designers developers or projectbased sales cycles
