• Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday

We currently have an exciting internal opportunity for a Senior Service Manager supporting the FM (Facilities Management) Street Cleansing Grounds and Building Cleaning teams.

Your role

You will lead and manage the daytoday delivery of Hard and Soft FM services including Grounds Maintenance Street Cleansing Building Cleaning Asset Management and statutory compliance activities.

As Senior Service Manager youll support and deputise for the Head of Facilities Management ensuring services are safe efficient and delivered to a consistently high standard. You will champion continuous improvement drive commercial growth foster innovation and deliver excellent customer satisfaction across all FM operations.

What you will need

Youll be an experienced operational leader with a strong background in FM services. Youll bring peoplemanagement skills a solid understanding of compliance and Health and Safety and the ability to run busy multidisciplined services effectively. Youll be commercially aware customerfocused and able to drive improvement manage resources solve problems quickly and deliver highquality services across a complex operational environment.
