What youll do
Responsibilities
Provide timely desktop and user support for hardware software and access issues.
Help maintain and improve core systems such as CRM and phone platforms.
Troubleshoot software conflicts updates and performance problems that impact productivity.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual work through better system use.
Assist with testing setup and rollout of new tools or system changes.
Maintain basic documentation on system settings changes and common fixes.
Work with external IT partners when higherlevel infrastructure support is required.
Support adoption of new technology including practical uses of AIenabled tools.
What youll need
Qualifications
1-3 years of related experience in IT support help desk support desktop systems support or technical operations.
Comfortable troubleshooting desktop environments and common business applications.
Exposure to configurable business systems (CRM ERP or similar) is an asset.
Interest in workflow improvement automation or practical uses of AI tools.
Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to learn.
Clear communicator who works well in a team environment.
