Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Greet guests present menus answer questions and suggest food and beverage options
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with care and timeliness
• Accurately process guest payments and report tips for tax compliance
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked wait station and handle VIP amenity setups
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures including coordination with the kitchen

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior customer service experience (server or cashier experience is a plus)
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certified or willing to become certified within 60 days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs push/pull up to 20 lbs and stand/walk for the full shift
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Flexible availability including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
