Sony Corporation of America (SCA)is seeking afull-timeAI Adoption internfor Sonys Global Security Incident Response Team (GSIRT).Your role will be on the Strategy team but you will be a collaborator across all GSIRTs global teams.

TheCISDsummer internship program is designed to provide skills knowledge and hands-on work experience in the information security and privacy industry supporting the personal growth of our interns as well as Sony business results.

This 12week summer internship runs from June through August and offers flexibility to work either hybrid or fully remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the development and refinement of AI security controls technical standards and detection content aligned to industry frameworks (MITRE ATLAS OWASP NIST AI RMF).

• Evaluate commercial and open-source AI security tooling against defined technical and operational criteria producing comparative assessments.

• Develop behavioral baseline methodologies for AI agents to enable anomaly detection and support security operations.

• Honesty trustworthiness and ethical conduct are material requirements for the responsibilities outlined above.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current student pursuing abachelors or mastersdegree in computer science engineering data science applied mathematics or equivalent.

• Experience or coursework in generative Artificial Intelligence.

• All candidates mustbe authorized towork in the USA.
