Sign-On Bonus Opportunities

• All New Hires:
  • $250 after 60 days
  • $500 after 90 days
• Experienced Sales Candidates:
  • $500 after 60 days
  • $1000 after 90 days

Payouts contingent on active employment and satisfactory performance.

What Youll Do

• Build relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional buying experience
• Identify customer needs through active listening and product knowledge
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
• Guide customers through the delivery process ensuring full understanding of features warranties and paperwork
• Stay up to date on inventory features and automotive technology
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Collaborate with management service and reconditioning teams
• Attend training and sales meetings to continuously improve
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and applicable laws

What Were Looking For

• No automotive sales experience required we will train the right person
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic positive attitude and team mentality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
