We are working with an established**Plastics Manufacturer**based in**Erie PA.**They are recruiting for an**Maintenance Technician**to join their team on any Shift in return for a salary in the region of**$32 - $38 p/h**along with shift differential excellent employment benefits which include 401K Healthcare Vision and Dental.

Duties as an Maintenance Technician :

• Maintaining mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues including motors controls
• Replace bearings rewire motors and test/verify repairs on automated systems
• Maintaining Injection Mold Machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated maintenance issues
• Welding and fabrication
• Participate in new equipment installations upgrades and modifications and monitor PLC software
• Machinery installations and assembly
• Conducting preventative and reactive machinery maintenance
• Read schematics and maintenance manuals to perform repairs and installations

Qualifications & Experience required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of Machine Maintenance experience
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems in machinery and facilities
