579149 Project Manager Installations and Construction - Gainesville/Ocala/Tallahassee (Field based position)
Drive the successful execution of imaging system installation projects by leading end-to-end coordination between customers internal teams and site readiness activities.
Your role:
- You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring seamless coordination for imaging system installations including MRI CT X-ray and Image-Guided Therapy systems
- You will develop and manage project plans including scope timelines resource coordination and site readiness to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
- You will monitor project progress communicate updates to stakeholders and proactively address risks to keep projects on track and aligned to customer expectations
- You will partner cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to support order execution revenue forecasting and overall customer satisfaction
- You will ensure customer sites meet technical and operational requirements (e.g. drawings specifications infrastructure readiness) prior to installation
- Youre willing to travel up to 80% within the assigned zone with occasional travel outside the territory and are based in North Florida
Youre the right fit if:
- Youve acquired 2 years of experience in project management customer service or a related field (construction or healthcare equipment experience preferred)
- Your skills include project coordination stakeholder management and the ability to understand site and equipment technical requirements (HVAC electrical mechanical environmental) including reading floor plans drawings and specifications
- You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Engineering Science or a related field
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- Youre able to manage multiple priorities independently communicate effectively across diverse teams and adapt to a dynamic customer-focused environment
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ AR ID IA KS KY LA ME MS MO MT NE NM OK SC SD TN UT WY is $83363 to $133380 per year.
The pay range for this position in AL CO FL GA HI IL IN MI MN NV NH NC ND OH OR PA TX VT VA WI WY is $87750 to $140400 per year.
The pay range for this position in AK DE MD NY RI WA is $92138 to $147420 per year.
The pay range for this position in CA CT MA NJ DC is $98280 to $157248 per year.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
