- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum tailored to the unique developmental needs of each child

- Build meaningful relationships with families through regular communication via our mobile app and personal conversations
- Partner with center staff and leadership to support enrollment engagement and center goals
- Maintain a safe nurturing environment that meets health safety and quality compliance standards
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of young children
- Have at least 6 months of professional teaching experience (required); 1 year or more is preferred
- Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education a related field or a CDA credential (preferred but not required)
- Meet any applicable Indiana state licensing requirements for the role
- Are a natural communicator who builds trust easily with children and families alike
