What Youll Do
This is a sales-driven role focused on client experience and results:
Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term members
Consistently hit (and exceed) membership gift card and enhancement sales goals
Recommend services upgrades and packages based on client needs
Manage front desk operations scheduling and client flow
Deliver a high-energy professional client experience from check-in to check-out
Handle client concerns confidently and professionally
Stay sharp on promotions services and products
