• Remove existing cabinet doors drawer fronts and hardware
  
  
• Install new cabinet doors drawer fronts hinges and accessories
  
  
• Perform cabinet refacing processes including surface preparation and veneer installation (training provided)
  
  
• Install trim and molding including crown molding and decorative cabinet trim
  
  
• Ensure precise measurements alignment and finishing for a professional appearance
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
  
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners when needed
  
  

• Experience with trim carpentry especially crown molding installation
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  
  
• Experience installing cabinet doors drawers hinges and cabinet hardware
  
  
• Ability to safely use common carpentry tools and equipment
  
  
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  
  
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
  
  

• Previous cabinet refacing experience
  
  
• Experience working in residential remodeling
