AsAutomation TechnicianspecializinginEnvironmental/Equipment Monitoring System (EMS)andprocess equipment/systems you will play an integral role in the Facilities and Engineering team to ensure reliableandcompliantoperations ofa new Cell Therapy site and process position of Automation and Controls Technician works with the Director of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Supportcontinuousimprovement initiatives to with Automation and Controls to optimizeautomationplatformsand OTsystemsandensure alignment with operational cross-functional teams. This role willperform or supportconfiguration installation startupand operational readiness of all automation andOTplatforms. Responsibilities for Automation and Controls Technician role include diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to computerized process equipment and automation and controlsystems andensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Perform assystem administrator forautomation systems /automation and controls systems andOT /process equipment. Supportdevelopingbudgetestimates for capital equipmentpurchasesandsmallprojects. Execute preventative maintenance for automation and OTsystems/equipment. As system admin or custodianmaintainvalidated or commissioned state of the systems. Perform other duties assigned bytheSupervisor. Rotational on-call support isrequired.
Minimum Qualifications:
- HDS diploma and seven (7) years of experience
- Experiencewithfacilityenvironmental monitoring systemsbuilding management systemsautomation/OTforcell therapyprocess equipment(MFG and QC lab) or other related experience.
- Knowledge of GMP regulationsapplicability to themanagement ofautomationand/or OTsystemsandfamiliar working with process equipment vendors.
- Experiencein system/equipment integration and networking principles within a GMP environment.
- Fixing and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues while adhering to GMP regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multi-functional teams and collaborators in a GMP environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associatedegreeand minimum of3years of experience OR Bachelors degreeand 1 year of Engineeringfields arepreferred.
- Experience with regulatory inspections and internal audits.
- Education in the Technicaland Engineeringfields preferred.
The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $ 71749.60 - 107624.40 as annual base pay. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentivesan opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
