ThepositionofAccountExecutiveIntellectualProperty(IP)-relatedlanguageandlegalsupportservicestolawfirmscorporatelegaldepartmentsandIPprofessionals.
Responsibilities:
Researchprospectiveclientswithintheintellectualpropertyandlegalsectorsthroughvariousstrategiesincludinginternetresearchtradeshowlistsreferralsprofessionaldirectoriesandpersonalinvestigation
Createaccuratespreadsheetsofprospectiveclientdataincludingnamestitlesphonenumbersaddressesandotherrelevantinformation
Generatedailyoutreachtoprospectiveclientsusingupdatedandaccuratedata
ColdcallprospectiveclientswithintheIPandlegalmarkets
CreativelyproblemsolvetoimprovecurrentnewbusinessdevelopmentstrategyintheIPspace
Negotiateratesanddeadlineswithprospectiveandcurrentclients
EducateprospectiveandexistingclientsregardingthetranslationandIPsupportprocessincludingTransPerfectsratesturnaroundtimesandcompetitivepositioning
LiaisewithproductionteamstoensureIP-relatedprojectsarehandledappropriatelyandwithkeenattentiontodetail
Consistentlyfollowupwithclientstoensuresatisfactionwithdeliveryqualityandcustomerservice
Researchandunderstandtheintellectualpropertyindustryincludingindustryleaderscurrenteventspatentandtrademarktrendsandotherpertinentdata
Performotherspecialprojectsordutieswhenrequired
