RN Continuing Care Nursery

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

• The Davis Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Baystate Childrens Hospital is the regions only Level III NICU.

• We have a team of neonatologists neonatal nurse practitioners residents pediatric subspecialists respiratory therapists and neonatal nutritionists here to care for our littlest patients 24 hours a day.

• Continuing Care Nursery is a part of NICU infants go there to be monitored after they graduate NICU.

SCHEDULE:

• Full Time Nights 7 PM- 7 AM 36 hours per week

• Every other weekend and rotating holidays

• Location: Baystate Medical Center Springfield

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience required.

• Education: AND required; BSN preferred.
