Compensation: $150K$200K Bonuses
Location: Orange County CA (100% In-Office)

A fast-growing personal injury firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Negotiator & Pre-Litigation Attorney to lead negotiations craft compelling demand packages and drive high-value settlements. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at transforming complex injury cases into meaningful recoveries for clients.

What You Will Do

• Lead settlement negotiations with insurance carriers and defense firms to maximize client recoveries.
• Review and analyze demand packages to identify key liability damages and case themes.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for high-value cases including those involving significant policy limits.
• Communicate effectively with adjusters defense counsel and internal teams.
• Maintain precise documentation of negotiations case progress and all communications.
• Partner closely with attorneys case managers and support staff to ensure seamless case flow.
• Keep consistent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ensure all deadlines tasks and case milestones are accurate and updated.

What Were Looking For

• 6 years of Personal Injury experience ideally in negotiation demand writing or case management.
• JD and active CA Bar license required.
• Proven success negotiating high-value cases ($250K policy limits).
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
