QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid drivers license in good standing and reliable transportation
- Bachelors degree in human services education social work psychology or a related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance compliance investigations or program oversight in human services or special education
- CPR and First Aid certification or able to obtain within 3 months
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in childrens residential or educational programs adult residential or day habilitation services or similar regulated human services with licensing accreditation and external oversight is preferred.
SCHEDULE: This position follows a fulltime 1stshift schedule.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A PROGRAM INTEGRITY MANAGER
In this role youll conduct factfinding reviews assess incidents support program teams and coordinate with regulatory partners such as DCF DDS DPPC DPH CARF and others. Youll ensure compliance with organizational policies lead internal audits and assist in preparing for licensing certification and accreditation reviews. Your work will help maintain program integrity promote safety and support consistent highquality service delivery every day.
