ARE YOU THE QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE PROGRAM MANAGER OUR TEAM NEEDS

If you can meet the following requirements we need you as our Quality and Compliance Program Manager!

• Valid drivers license in good standing and reliable transportation
• Bachelors degree in human services education social work psychology or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance compliance investigations or program oversight in human services or special education
• CPR and First Aid certification or able to obtain within 3 months
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in childrens residential or educational programs adult residential or day habilitation services or similar regulated human services with licensing accreditation and external oversight is preferred.

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE

This position follows a fulltime 1stshift schedule.

As our Quality and Compliance Program Manager youll conduct internal factfinding reviews support individuals and staff during sensitive events and coordinate with oversight agencies such as DCF DDS DPPC DPH CARF and others. Youll ensure programs meet regulatory expectations lead internal audits and prepare the agency for licensing and accreditation reviews.
