Job Description:
As the most senior technical hire you will architect and build the proprietary platform driving a high-growth D2C meal subscription business. Youll lead the transition to an AI-first operation embedding intelligent automation into logistics kitchen operations and customer profiling while managing a distributed team and reporting directly to the CEO.

What you will do:

• Lead the development of a proprietary full-stack platform using TypeScript Python and FastAPI to manage subscriptions and kitchen operations.

• Architect and deploy AI-first features including demand forecasting dynamic menu optimization and agentic workflows for customer retention.

• Manage and mentor a distributed engineering team while remaining hands-on in the codebase to ship high-quality production code daily.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 5-8 years of experience ideally as a founding engineer or early hire in a high-tempo startup environment.

• Deep technical expertise across the full stack (TypeScript/Python) and a practical builder-focused approach to implementing LLMs and automation.

• Commercially minded professional comfortable making pragmatic trade-offs to meet business deadlines and align engineering work with revenue goals.
