Content Producer (AI-first)
Job Summary
Kindgeek is looking for a Content Producer who will own the entire content engine for our product Easyflow an AI agency that embeds itself into client teams and transforms the way businesses think and work with AI. We dont just automate processes we redesign them. Our stack spans strategy product development AI engineering and ready-to-deploy agents. Were honest: if AI isnt the right solution for a clients problem well say so.
About the role
This is not a write posts role. It is about:
- building a scalable content system;
- producing high-quality content at volume using AI;
- coordinating domain experts;
- and actively driving outbound conversations on LinkedIn.
What you will do:
- Build and manage the content pipeline across social channels (LinkedIn as the primary focus);
- Generate adapt and scale content using AI tools (ideas variations formats distribution);
- Turn internal expertise into strong B2B content narratives;
- Coordinate subject matter experts (interviews insights inputs reviews);
- Run LinkedIn outreach:
- identify relevant founders operators and decision-makers;
- initiate first contact and conversations;
- drive engagement around product insights and content.
- Continuously test content formats and double down on what works;
- Improve content strategy based on performance and feedback loops.
Who we are looking for:
- Someone fast proactive and execution-driven;
- Strong user of AI tools in daily content production;
- Experience in content creation SMM or growth marketing (B2B is a strong plus);
- Excellent English writing skills (B2B/LinkedIn tone);
- Comfortable communicating with external experts and stakeholders;
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a growth and outbound channel;
- Ownership mindset: you dont wait for tasks you create opportunities.
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS/fintech/tech environments;
- Understanding of growth marketing principles;
- Experience managing personal or company LinkedIn pages;
- Ability to build systems not just produce content.
