Were looking for an experienced change practitioner who enjoys working hands-on in dynamic environments and partnering with others to make change happen. This role may suit a Senior Change Analyst Change Lead or an experienced Business Analyst Senior Project Analyst or Project Manager with strong change capability who is looking to step into a broader change role.

The position will be focussed on:
Deliver practical change analysis and support across people process and technology.
Develop change management communication and training plans in collaboration with our partners and in line with DOC methodology and approach.
Provide pragmatic guidance in various formats tailored to diverse audiences.
Lead change management activities for some initiatives and support Change Managers on others depending on scope and complexity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and promote engagement with impacted teams and users.
Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives and readiness.
Provide support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.

You will have a solid background delivering change in large scale or complex settings along with strong analytical abilities. You will be able to contribute insight and advice to help teams implement change effectively as well as do the doing as part of the small but mighty change team. It goes without saying that this is a people centric role youll be interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels so it is important youre able to build and manage relationships.
Youll bring experience in change delivery and a people-centred mindset. Some of the experiences that may help you succeed in this role include:
A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. a bachelors degree in a field such as Business Administration Management Organisational Psychology or Project Management) and/or equivalent practical experience in change delivery or transformation roles.
Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices such as Prosci ADKAR or similar models and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
Experience in change management or similar role.
Certifications or equivalent knowledge of project management methodology such as Prince2 CCMP or CMI is helpful but not essential.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Comfort using data and insights to inform decisions and demonstrate change progress.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of human elements involved in the change process along with empathy for the needs and concerns of professionals and communities.
