Key Responsibilities
- Reporting into BU Ops - Obsolescence Management Group
- Will own internal development timelines qualification and overall customer proliferation timelines.
- Owns end-to-end obsolescence product line management and control for select products / component families:
- Core product family will include Process Power (RF Generators RF Match)
- Includes partnering with supply chain teams to review material analysis assessment of stock out date(s) last time buy opportunities and end-of-life extension.
- Driving supplier compliance for end-of-life notifications through Supplier Account Team
- Partnering with Engineering Teams and suppliers to develop alternate solutions to meet customer timelines
- Facilitating qual plans and internal quals for projects
- Coordinating customer PCN (Part Change Notification)
- Coordinating customer quals with copy exact engineering support
- Manufacturing cut-in strategies (by Customer Fab Node)
- Monitor ECO (Engineering Change Order) approval
- Ensures that specific project and program objectives are defined for areas of responsibility and that necessary preliminary activities are completed to allow for effectiveness and focus during later stages of completion.
- Ensures that all projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements with specific attention to product/process specifications and timeliness for completion.
- Manage strategic vendor issues
- Cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed division goals
- Coordinate product line or division portfolio prioritization and budget alignment
- Responsible for business process creation and continuous improvement
- Coordinate Division level business continuity planning and crisis management
- May have direct report(s)

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
