Vast is looking for aTechnical Recruiter (Fixed Term) reporting to the Senior Manager Recruitingto support the development of the systems that will be required for the design and build of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations.
This will be a full-time6-month fixed termnon-exempt position located in our Long Beachlocation.
Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance across multiple open roles
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements interview plans and hiring timelines
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top and passive candidates
Manage candidate pipelines and drive an efficient and engaging interview process
Facilitate interview debriefs and guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation and decision-making
Lead offer discussions and help close candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience
Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health to ensure progress toward hiring goals
Ensure consistent recruiting processes and documentation within the ATS
Represent Vasts mission and value proposition to candidates throughout the hiring process
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates
Preferred Experience
We are particularly interested in candidates with recruiting experience in one or more of the following areas:
Manufacturing
Software / technical roles
Corporate functions (e.g. Finance Business Operations Marketing HR)
Additional Preferred Experience:
Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS
Ability to operate autonomously and manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Experience working in high-growth or fast-scaling organizations
Pay Range: California
$55 - $70 USD
