Shift Offered:
2nd Shift: M-F 2:30pm-11pm
A day in the Life
- Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
- Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Keys to Success
Achieve flawless execution by strictly adhering to safety and quality protocols and successfully implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Experience
- Basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
- Experience with production equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality testing.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Basic math skills including use of formulas decimals and fractions.
- Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
- Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role entails standing for long periods operating machinery and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position Operator II Manufacturing based in Connecticut is $15.26$22.88.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
