Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring that every guest enjoys a remarkable dining experience. TheRMwillbe responsible formanaging staffmaintaininghigh standardsof food quality and service and driving profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Ensure the restaurant meets and exceeds quality service and cleanliness standards.
Manage inventory ordering and cost control to meet budgetary goals.
Responsible for payroll.
Staff Leadership:
Recruit train and develop staff including servers bartenders runnershostsand all FOH positions.
Create andmaintaina positive work environment that encourages team cohesion and professional growth.
Implement performance evaluations and address any staff issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor adherence to SOPs and training guidelines.
Customer Service:
Ensure high standards of customer service addressing guest concerns and feedback with professionalism.
Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat business.
Financial Management:
Work with the Director of F&B to manage the restaurants budget including forecasting and controlling expenses.
Work with the Director of F&B tomonitorfinancial performance including sales labor costs and profitability.
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and events.
Build andmaintainrelationships with local businesses and community organizations to promote the restaurant.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations food safety standards and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the restaurantoperateswithin legal and company guidelines.
Salary : 80k-85k / Annually
