Position Responsibilities:
Drives creation of quality initiatives process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area to meet and exceed business plan. Responsible for the overall safety quality and performance and customer experience of Inbound and/or Outbound operations. Identify design develop implement and execute new and existing processes policies goals and solutions to reduce potential risks. Create schedules identify and communicate risks to stakeholders define risk mitigation strategies and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions. Maintain metrics reports and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key controls. Manage and lead a team of Operations and Area Managers to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives. Coach and mentor the team to ensure performance objectives are met.
40 hours / week 8:00am-5:00pm Salary Range $135000/year to $182700/year.

Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration Finance Engineering or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) direct management experience including a salaried workforce in a manufacturing production or distribution environment; (2) experience using lean process improvement six sigma methodologies or related performance metrics or process improvements to increase efficiency within processes forecasting planning optimization and logistics; (3) experience with the full staffing lifecycle including interviewing hiring performance management promotions and termination; and (4) experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives.#0000
