SERVICE BDC REPRESENTATIVE AUTOMOTIVE

Overview

Subaru South Charlotte is hiring a Service BDC Representative to support our high-volume servicedepartment. This role focuses on inbound/outbound communication appointment scheduling anddriving customer retention. This is a performance-driven position with clear expectations and strongearning potential.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls texts and emails

Schedule and confirm service appointments

Follow up on missed appointments declined services maintenance intervals and recalls

Re-engage inactive customers to drive retention

Document activity in CRM/DMS (CDK preferred)

Coordinate with Service Advisors for a smooth experience

Performance Expectations

High daily activity (calls texts emails)

Appointment setting and show rate accountability

Consistent follow-up and task completion

Team-focused results-driven mindset

Compensation

Hourly base performance-based bonuses

Bonus tied to appointments set & shown and productivity

Paid through payroll (W2)

Qualifications

BDC call center or customer service experience preferred

Automotive experience is a plus

Strong communication and organization skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
