This is a pivotal leadership role where you will:- Shape and execute the global sales and marketing strategy
- Lead and grow international commercial teams across Europe Asia and North America
- Drive high-value solution-based sales with global customers
- Strengthen our partner-centric business model and global footprint
- Play a key role in our leadership team and 3-year transformation journey
You will be based at our headquarters in Mölndal working closely with our engineering organization and executive leadership.What Youll Do
- Build and lead a high-performing global sales & marketing organization
- Drive strategic business development and key account growth
- Develop strong pipeline management forecasting and go-to-market strategies
- Align commercial execution with our next-generation NDC platform roadmap
- Engage senior stakeholders and win complex high-value deals
