Kollmorgen AMS part of Regal Rexnord is undergoing significant growth. With cutting-edge technology powering autonomous mobile robots worldwide and a next-generation platform on the horizon we are now looking for a Director of Global Sales & Marketing to lead our global commercial journey.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will:
  • Shape and execute the global sales and marketing strategy
  • Lead and grow international commercial teams across Europe Asia and North America
  • Drive high-value solution-based sales with global customers
  • Strengthen our partner-centric business model and global footprint
  • Play a key role in our leadership team and 3-year transformation journey
You will be based at our headquarters in Mölndal working closely with our engineering organization and executive leadership.

What Youll Do

  • Build and lead a high-performing global sales & marketing organization
  • Drive strategic business development and key account growth
  • Develop strong pipeline management forecasting and go-to-market strategies
  • Align commercial execution with our next-generation NDC platform roadmap
  • Engage senior stakeholders and win complex high-value deals

  • Experience with long sales cycles and strategic deals
  • Strong international business exposure
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and negotiation
Bonus: Experience in industrial automation robotics or AGV/AMR ecosystems
