Language requirement:Written and spoken fluency in English

What will you do
The Training CoordinatorInternplays a key role in supporting the delivery of training programs across the GSK Singapore Tuas
Involved inplanning organizing and coordinating training
initiatives to ensure employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive business successTowork closely with various departments and stakeholders toidentifytraining needs managelogistics archive training related documents andmonitorrelevant matrices
What will you learn
Learning Management System
Reporting and Analytics: Analyze training status and KPIs from LMS and / or SAP for tracking and trending purposes
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and follow up on LMS related issues ensuring smooth operation and compliance
Training Coordination
Serve as a point of contact for trainersfacilitatorsand learners
Develop andmaintaina training calendar to ensuretimelydelivery of programs across the organization
Managelogistics including venue booking materials preparation and technology setup for training initiatives
Maintainaccuraterecords of training activities attendance and participant feedback
Learning Events
Assistcolleagues in planning site learning events andexploreopportunities for learning journeys to other companies
Support site communications related to training / learning events
What are we looking for
A lively interest in science the commercialworldand the biopharma industry
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio) and other relevant software
Proficiencyin Microsoft Power Suite (Power Apps Power BI Power Automate) and other relevant applications preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and report on outcomes
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to
problem-solving
