Youll own the digital narrative and performance for:

• Leonardslee Family Vineyards & Benguela Cove UK: Award-winning wine estates.
• Restaurant Interlude: A Michelin-starred fine-dining destination.
• Mannings Heath Golf Club: A premier championship golf course.

The Role: Your Digital Playground

Forget the same old. Youll have a full in-house production studio (photographers videographers designers) a dedicated SEO team and real budgets to bring your vision to life.

• Content & Social: Lead the charge on TikTok Instagram and Reels. You set the calendar; the studio builds the assets.
• Web & SEO: Keep our Shopify and Squarespace sites sleek fast and ranking.
• Convert: Boost sales and bookings across brands.
• Email Artistry: Craft curated campaigns that people actually want to open.
• Performance Marketing: Run high-converting Meta Ads (with support from our Digital Ads team) and deep-dive into GA4 to see whats actually moving the needle.

What You Bring to the Table

The Essentials: 23 years of digital experience killer copywriting skills and a figure-it-out attitude. You need to be comfortable with keyword research GA4 Meta and managing CMS (Shopify / Squarespace) backends.

• Strategic Mindset: You dont just post; you analyse and iterate.
• Voice Control: The ability to switch from the refined elegance of a Michelin restaurant to the vibrant energy of a wine harvest.
