OurLeadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP)is a two-year rotational experience designed to accelerate your growth and prepare you for a future in manufacturing leadership.

What Youll Experience

You will embark on a structured development journey consisting of rotational assignments across a maximum of two functions over 24 months. Youll gain hands-on experience receive mentorship from seasoned professionals and access Caterpillars global learning resourcesall while contributing to real-world projects that matter.

Rotation opportunities may include:

• Production Operations

• Manufacturing Engineering

• Supply Chain

Each rotation is designed to strengthen technical capabilities develop leadership potential and provide crossfunctional exposure to Caterpillars manufacturing operations enabling participants to build a strong foundation for a longterm career with the organization.

Who Were Looking For

We are seeking motivated recent graduates who are eager to learn grow and develop future leadership capabilities. Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelors degree in Engineering from reputable Universities in Indonesia or International University (for Indonesian graduates).

• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (TOEFL score minimum 500 or IELTS score minimum 5.5).

• A strong interest in problemsolving innovation and continuous improvement.

• A proactive selfdriven mindset with a willingness to take initiative.

• Full commitment to a fulltime 24months development program.

Selection Process

The selection process begins with the submission of your CV academic transcript and cover letter. Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted based on academic performance and overall achievements.

Shortlisted candidates will proceed to a technical and/or aptitude assessment followed by interviews. Final candidates will be required to complete a medical checkup prior to onboarding.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
