As a Director youll be at the heart of our UK tax practice leading client engagements delivering high-quality corporate tax services and shaping the next generation of tax professionals. This is a senior delivery-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves balancing technical expertise with leadership.
Duties and responsibilities:
People
- Manage and mentor a talented team of tax professionals.
- Foster a positive inclusive culture where people grow and succeed.
- Drive onboarding training and performance initiatives.
Client
- Oversee UK corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service.
- Ensure timely accurate delivery of engagements aligned with regulatory standards.
Value
- Contribute to revenue growth through efficient project management and client retention.
- Champion process improvements and leverage tax technology tools.
- Stay ahead of UK tax legislation and share knowledge internally.
Education and Experience:
- Qualifications:ACA CTA or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience:Strong UK corporate tax background ideally from a mid-tier or Big Four firm.
- Skills:
- Deep technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication - written and verbal.
- Bonus Points:Exposure to international tax transfer pricing or tax automation tools.
