What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing residential sales and lettings
• Conducting property viewings for buyers and tenants
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Negotiating sales and tenancy agreements
• Handling enquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Collaborating with colleagues to support the sales and lettings process
• Representing the agency professionally at all times

• Previous experience in residential sales and/or lettings
• Strong customer service skills and client-focused approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and professional attitude
• Well-presented ambitious and self-motivated
• Energetic proactive and articulate
• Knowledge of the Strood area
• Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency
