Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie

• Bildung der Kommunikationsschnittstelle für interne und externe Ansprechpartner/innen
• Interne und externe Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Sitzungskoordination einschließlich Vorbereitung der technischen Voraussetzungen (Videokonferenzen etc.)
• Termin- und Reisekoordination für das In- und Ausland inklusive der Reisekostenabrechnung
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie Vorbereitung und Zusammenstellung von Gesprächs - und Präsentationsunterlagen
• Erstellung und Pflege von Reports/Auswertungen
• Mitarbeit in Projekten
• Betreuung von Gästen

Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung und fundierte Berufserfahrung im Assistenz-/Sekretariatsbereich im Idealfall bereits auf Leitungsebene
• Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationsmitteln sowie MS-Office-Anwendungen vor allem Word Excel und PowerPoint
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent starke Serviceorientierung und hohes Engagement
• Vertrauenswürdigkeit Verschwiegenheit und Loyalität
• Strukturierte effiziente und selbständige Arbeitsweise
• Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein überzeugendes Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen
