Job Summary

Job Title: Project EngineerLocation: Cambridge ON On-siteJob Type: Full-timeCompensation: $105000 - $135000Benefits: RRSP health/dental/vision package reimbursement for tuition and professional dues paid vacation personal days and sick daysThe Position:The Project Engineer- Nuclear will provide technical oversight for a portfolio of projects within a defined sector of the Eclipse business. Leveraging extensive sector specific experience ensures all equipment and services provided by Eclipse meet and exceed customer expectations. While following Eclipse engineering policies and procedures supports the Program Manager and/or Project Manager in ensuring all technical deliverables are well defined and executed. The incumbent will work with the management team and plant personnel to deliver the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture on time and on Youll Do Here:TechnicalOversee and assist design Project Leads in the preparation of technical project team in facilitation and resolution of all technical open issues including primary interface withcustomer engineering representatives as schedule and budget performance of engineering/design scope of portfolio and liaises with design department managers to address resourcing and performance final technical documents prior to submission to customer in accordance with PEO guidelines for use of seal as input to with respect to changes/improvements to technical procedures and compliance programs aspertaining to the defined sector and resolution of any corrective consultation with Applications engineering assists in the review of customer technical specifications anddevelopment of related recognize issues initiate action assist in problem solving and evaluate results on major issuesLeadershipPromote positive relations between departments and with partners customers vendors and distributorsRecommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations which support continuousimprovement initiativesRecommend Eclipse Database improvements on an ongoing basis to increase efficiency throughout thecompanyContinuously resource new innovative solutions for corporate competitivenessEnsure concepts meet Eclipse Automation quality safety and reliability standardsAdhere to the Eclipse Project Operating PolicyPromote Personal Development and Safe work practices working environment and improve departmentoperationsComplete other duties and projects as assignedMaintain good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate Vision and confidentiality ensuring that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse AutomationInc.
