Position: Service Scheduler & Cashier

Location: Mission Viejo Kia 28802 Marguerite Parkway Mission Viejo CA

What Youll Do:

- Coordinate and schedule service appointments across phone digital and inbound channels

- Deliver a seamless guest experience from arrival to checkout

- Accurately process payments and service transactions

- Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficiency

- Manage high-volume interactions while maintaining attention to detail

- Represent the Mission Viejo Kia brand with professionalism and warmth

The Service Scheduler & Cashier Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $22.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
