Position Overview

Zelis is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support our Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing leadership team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional strategic acumen cross functional skills and a proven ability to drive team and Enterprise-wide initiatives. This role demands a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities and drive visibility across various functions.

Whatyoulldo:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CMO and marketing leadership aligning priorities tracking critical initiatives and strengthening crossteam connectivity around a shared vision.

  • Break down complex marketing topics andsynthesizeinputs into clear insightrich succinctnarratives that inform influence and inspire audiences at all levels.

  • Translate those narratives into compelling executiveready presentations for the CMO from quarterly goal updates for senior leaders and investors to adhoc communications across the organization.

  • Elevate awareness and understanding of Marketing initiatives through proactive stakeholder engagement and clear sowhatdriven communications across the organization.

  • Synthesizedeliverables for quarterly business rhythms andmonthly marketing-wide businessreviews translating team inputs into concise compelling insights for executive audiences.

  • Co-developand refine ongoing success metrics and KPIs across annual planning efforts (MITs)and ongoing indicators of team and business health.

  • Support talent management and development initiativesincluding marketing-wide Town Hallsonsite gatherings fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.

Whatyoullneed:

  • 710 years of experience witha track recordof driving business growth and operational excellence.

  • Experience working with Marketing teams strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional executive storytelling and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to translate topics and business priorities for diverse audiences in ways that build empathy clarity and excitement.

  • Proven projectmanagement capability including managing multiple highpriority initiatives owning timelines and building effective workback schedules.

  • Strong ability to drive accountabilitysetting communicating and enforcing deadlines with stakeholders including senior leaders.

  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Location and Workplace Flexibility

We have offices in Atlanta GA Boston MA Morristown NJ Plano TX St. Louis MO St. Petersburg FL and Hyderabad India. We foster a hybrid and remote friendly culture and all our employees work locations are based on the needs of the position and determined by the Leadership -office work and activities if applicable vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.

Base Salary Range

$153000.00 - $193800.00

At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors including experience education qualifications as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package which may also include discretionary bonus plans commissions or other incentives depending on the role.
