Recruiting and Customer Service Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

ND Landscape Services has been providing Full-Service Landscaping for clientsin the North Shore and Metro North area since 1980. We are seeking to hire a Recruitingand Customer Service Representative who will be a key contributor to aseamless and supportive employee experience; managing everything fromrecruiting and onboarding to training compliance and employee relations. Thisrole is ideal for someone who enjoys variety thrives on collaboration andtakes pride in being the go-to resource for both staff and leadership.

Recruiting - ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment effortsincluding job postings applicant screening interview scheduling andextending offers. Maintain the applicant tracking system and provide regularrecruitment metrics.

Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by managingthe completion of required documentation processing HRIS information andensuring new hires have access to required systems and materials.

Manage the performance review process bytracking review schedules distributing materials and assisting managers withcompletion and follow-up.

Administer employee leave requests includingFMLA PFML and other leaves ensuring all documentation and communication areaccurate and compliant.

Maintain up-to-date employee records and assistwith handling employee status changes such as onboarding offboardingpromotions and departmental transfers.

Assist with seasonal staffing and subcontractoronboarding ensuring that all documentation agreements and procedures arecompleted in accordance with company standards.

Customer Service - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answera multi-line phone system with ease

Facilitatecommunication by effectively navigating computer and phone systems whilefollowing all company standards

Buildand maintain customer relationships throughout all communications whiledemonstrating a professional and positive image to our customers

Prioritizeresearch and respond to requests for information requirements or issues

Demonstratehigh quality performance through accuracy and attention to detail in a timelymanner

Fostercommunication and exhibit exceptional customer service in all professionalinteractions for both internal and external customers

Generaloffice filing mailing maintaining printer/copier/fax machine

Takeinventory and order office supplies when needed

Delivery of invoices and statements tocustomers

Weekly outgoing communication to customersregarding scheduling of services

Assistwith general marketing tasks and maintain newsletter database for existing andprospective clients

Proficiency with HRIS and applicant trackingsystems

Skilled at managing multiple tasks and shiftingpriorities

Team-oriented with the ability to workindependently as needed

EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in related field

1-2 years of Recruiting experience

Familiarity with employment laws such as FMLAPFML and ADA

Experience using HR software systems andrecruitment platforms

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications(Word Excel Outlook)

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Pay range $50000 to $55000 Fulltime position
