Senior Engineer, Quality Engineering

The Role:

Entegris is seeking aQuality Engineerto join our team. The Quality Engineering (QE) role is dynamic and cross-functional. This new QE will interact at multiple levels and with multiple contact points within the Customer Entegris and Supplier organizations. This roleishigh impact highoutputand high visibility. It requires a calm-assertive demeanor and the capability to manage multiple ever-changing priorities.

WhatYoullDo:

• Engage with crossfunctional teamsincluding Sales Factory Operations Product Management Supply Chain and Qualityas guided by QE leadership.

• Execute QE responsibilities in alignment with QE Policy documents Entegris business processes internal support plans and direction from QE management.

• Support Advanced Purity Solutions operations in Bedford MA ensuring strong alignment with site priorities and qualityobjectives.

• Participate in internal initiatives such as Problem Solving Change Management Internal Audits Project Development Product Support and Development Programs as well as other cross-functional projects that advance organizational goals.

• Contribute as part of a global QE team focused on strengthening Entegris internal performance collaboration and process maturity.

• Work closely with teams across regions functions and productlinesincluding internal stakeholders andsuppliersto address a wide range of operational and quality challenges.

• Demonstrate excellence in planning execution discipline learning leadership and teamwork consistently exemplifying the Entegris PACE values.

• Provide support for internal documentation needs such as business process documentation item tracking performance reporting and continuousimprovementproject management.

What We Seek:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Mechanical Electric/Electronic Engineering or related technical field.

• 5 years experience in an engineering role in the areas of quality processequipmentor materials within the semiconductor industry.

• Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers with experience in escalation.

• Project management experience with a focus on closing gaps between company capabilities and customer needs.

• Experience with applicable quality tools such as pareto FMEAs SPC/SQC histograms trend analysis process mapping design of experimentscauseand effect diagrams 8D problem solvingmethodology

• Flexibility to work non-standard hours and alternate work shifts to balance workload across a North AmericaEuropeandAsiascope of responsibility.

• Experience withworking and communicating between North America-based manufacturing facilities andAsia basedsupport teams and customers.

• Ability to travel 10%domesticallyandinternationally(in the post-COVID era)

OutstandingCandidatesWillHave:

• Deep Quality Engineering toolkit:Control plans PFMEA/DFMEA MSA SPC8DRCCA DOE gauge R&R.

• Manufacturing & process fluency: Handson with cleanroom or highpurity/semiconductoradjacent environments.

• Change control & documentation rigor:Strong in ECN/ECO deviation/waiver/Concession handling anddisciplined recordkeepingin QMS.

• Audit readiness: Experience with internal audits (ISO 9001/14001/45001 or IATFlike rigor) audit prep evidence packs and closure of audit findings.

• Crossfunctional collaboration:Proven success partnering with Ops Supply Chain Product and R&D to land changes without disruption.

• Compensation: $91000 - $114000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
