JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
- The DevOps Engineer bridges the gap between development and operations by automating and streamlining processes.
- This role involves managing CI/CD pipelines ensuring system reliability and collaborating with teams to improve software delivery.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance workflows.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with standards.
- Design deploy and support hybrid cloud edge and micro data center infrastructure
- Build and maintainCI/CD pipelinesfor rapid reliable software and platform delivery
- Develop and manageInfrastructure as Codeand automated configuration management
- Administer and troubleshootLinux and Windowsenvironments
- Deploy and supportcontainerized platformsusing Docker Kubernetes or K3s
- Maintainnetworking segmentation firewall VPN and secure remote accesscapabilities for lab and infrastructure environments
- Implement and enforcecybersecurity best practices including IAM secrets management vulnerability remediation and system hardening
- Establish and maintainmonitoring logging alerting and operational dashboards
- Support resilience of local infrastructure includingbackup recovery failover and patching
- Collaborate with software electrical lab cybersecurity and operations teams to enable secure and efficient innovation workflows
- Support integration oflab engineering telemetry and OT-adjacent systemswhere required
- Develop technical documentation includingrunbooks SOPs architecture diagrams and support procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins Docker or Kubernetes.
Strong scripting and automation skills.
Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP.
Excellent problem solving and communication abilities
