Commercial & Investment Bank- Control Manager- Executive Director

Join JPMorgan Chase as a Commercial & Investment Bank Control Manager and help ensure the integrity and secuirty of the firm.

This role will functionally report to the Manager of the Product Innovation Controls team. The individual will partner with the various Payments product management teams in delivering on their business strategyandactivelyengageinrelevantPayments-widecomplexprojectsbothregionallyandglobally. This also includes addressing individual deal challenges and contributing to new product development. The team actively engages with the various groups that support product delivery to achieve the ideal operating environment to design and implement innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Createaproactiveriskandcontrolculturethatleveragesprovenevaluationstrategiesandsound change management protocols.

• Participateinarangeofstrategicandtacticalinitiativesthatsupportbusinessexecution.

• Facilitatebusinessdevelopmentopportunitiessuchasnewmarketsnewproductrolloutnewdeals issue resolution cross functional productivity

• DevelopcloseandinfluencingrelationshipswithotherLOBscontrollersinfrastructure/supportgroup heads and JPM business partners

• SupporttheProductHeadsaswellastheirteamsonbusinessissuesandnewbusinessinitiatives

• Usemetricstoidentitykeythemesandinsightsincludingabilitytosourcerelevantdatasets determine critical components and build appropriate models.

• Managegovernanceforumsasnecessary.

Required qualifications skills and capabilities:

• Leadership: Experience managing inspiring and motivating teams providing vision creativity presence and credibility.

• 10 years of experience in either Finance Control Management or Risk.

• Effective Communicator: An outstanding ability to analyze problems apply analytical approaches communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written) work well in cross-functional teams and expertise in issue and conflict resolution.

• Delivery Focus: Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently while maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation at appropriate junctures.
