Job Summary
Russell Landscape is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Driver to lead a crew providing high-quality maintenance services throughout the Raleigh area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong landscape knowledge and the ability to manage both people and equipment efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of 25 team members
- Drive trucks and tow trailers to transport crew and equipment
- Ensure mowing trimming pruning edging and other maintenance tasks meet company standards
- Train crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor daily job progress and ensure timely completion
- Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections
- Communicate with clients and management as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of landscape maintenance experience (2 years in a leadership role preferred)
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Experience driving trucks and towing trailers
- Strong knowledge of plant care turf maintenance and irrigation systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
