VTC Operator Developmental (Government)

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customers site.

Our National Security Team supports the intelligence community providing operating and assuring critical voice video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations.

AT&T has an opening for aTier 1 VTC Operator to support the24 x 7 Video Operations Center.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Serve as the interface with the customer for all aspects of video operations.
• Assistcustomers with the establishment of video teleconferences as well as perform first tier troubleshooting with VTC issues that may arise.
• Configureoperate maintain and troubleshoot Tandberg/Cisco & Polycom systems for video teleconferencing & multi-point meetings in classified and unclassified environments.
• Manage andoperateCisco & Polycom MCUs Cisco VCS Controllers Expressways and Gatekeepers.
• Interface with customers at all levels and respond to customer issues courteously and efficiently.

Required Clearance:

TSSCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

• Possess an understanding of VTC operations anddemonstratecustomer service skills
• Shift position requires some weekend work on a rotational basis.
• Swing shift: 1:30pm-10pm; M-F
• Candidate must have a total of 4 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 4 years of work history OR an Associates and 2 years a Bachelors and 1 years aMastersand 0 years or a PhD and 0 years of work history.
