How Youll Make an Impact
As a Regional Manager with One Doorway you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of Disability Support Workers/Keyworkers working in collaboration with the business to maintain a culture of performance and quality in all aspects of service delivery.
You must have an understanding of the psychosocial impacts including mental health challenges and interpersonal trauma associated with supporting individuals with disabilities as well as proven experience in leading teams to achieve positive outcomes for families and participants.
- Oversee the administration tasks which are completed to a high level of detail and completed in accordance with set timeframes
- Coordinate the service delivery of day-to-day supports enabling participants to achieve their goals in accordance with their NDIS plans goals
- Contribute to and oversee effective communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Manage critical incidents and associated risk management strategies and work health safety processes according to legislation requirements
- Model required behaviours and lead others in meeting organisational expectations
- Escalate and report participant complaints to the Operations Manager where necessary
- Manage team dynamics support productive working relationships and promote work-life balance
- Awareness implementation and monitoring of Positive Behaviour Support and Behaviour Support Plans.
As a Regional Manager you will have experience within the disability and/or healthcare sectors. You will also demonstrate the following:

Requirements:
- A Tertiary qualification directly related to community services or disability is required along with evidenced and demonstrated experience in the delivery of community service and/or NDIS service provision
- Valid drivers licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
