About the company

Remote World is partnering with a UK remote-first HR platform serving distributed technology companies a UK-based employer to hire for this role. Their platform handles contract management payroll integration and compliance documentation for over 300 employers managing remote teams across 50 countries.

The role

Youll support the HR operations team with the day-to-day coordination that keeps hundreds of remote employment relationships running smoothly. Working within the HR operations team youll handle onboarding documentation maintain employee records coordinate payroll inputs and respond to employee queries.

What youll do

• Manage new-hire onboarding documentation and right-to-work verification
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy
• Coordinate monthly payroll input data across multiple employer accounts
• Respond to employee queries on contracts leave and benefits
• Support compliance reviews and produce HR metrics reports

What youll need

• Experience in an HR or people operations role
• Strong attention to detail you catch errors in data and documents
• Comfortable working with HRIS platforms and spreadsheets
• Understanding of employment basics contracts leave benefits
• Good async written communication

Nice to have

• Experience with international employment or EOR platforms
• CIPD Foundation qualification or equivalent
