* Achieve sales target. * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand our client base. * Develop and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Understand client requirements to effectively present and recommend our end-to-end solutions from design concept to on-ground implementation and maintenance. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. * Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Collaborate closely with our design project and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery. * Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role preferably within the landscaping horticulture or construction industry. * Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. * A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently. * Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. * A degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is desirable. * Knowledge of landscaping softscape hardscape or irrigation systems would be a significant advantage. * Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
