Job Summary
Our client a diversified investment holding group based in Jeddah is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR strategy learning and development and transformation initiatives across multiple sectors including logistics infrastructure and industry.
This is a key strategic role reporting into the executive leadership with a strong focus on:
- Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Learning & Development frameworks
- Performance-driven compensation and promotion models
- HR digital transformation (SAP Oracle Workday)
- Data-driven HR decision-making
The successful candidate will have over 10 years of senior HR leadership experience relevant certifications (SHRM-SCP SPHR CPTD) and a proven record of aligning human capital strategies with long-term business objectives.
