Hours: 30 per week Monday to Friday term time only 2 inset days

Salary: 3 Grade and scale point 5 7 full time equivalent 25583 - 26403and actual annual salary range 17583 - 18146

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ELSA practitioner with a desire to become part of a committed team of staff in a secondary school setting.

At St Dunstans we aim to provide a high quality of education and an environment that supports nurtures and challenges students to fulfil their potential. St Dunstans is part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership (MNSP) a Multi-Academy Trust.

We are looking for an individual dedicated to nurturing the whole child. You will play a pivotal role in fostering the social and emotional growth necessary for students to thrive in their personal lives and academic careers.

The successful applicant will;

-Be able to provide one-to-one or small group interventions for emotional social and behavioural difficulties

-Have experience working with young people in an educational setting

-Be patient empathetic creative and able to work under pressure

-Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues students and families
